Ceramic fiber filter tube for high-temperature gas filtration

High-Temperature Ceramic Fiber Filter Tubes for Hot Gas Filtration

About Us

Guangzhou Anchor Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in high temperature ceramic gas filters — the application, engineering and supply of ceramic fiber filters. Ceramic fiber filter is a porous filter which integrates the functions of dedusting, desulfurization, denitrification, de-acid gas, de-dioxin and so on. It runs continuously at up to 600°C with a maximum service temperature of 1000°C, and it is acid-alkali corrosion resistant and thermal shock resistant.

Our ceramic fiber filter is suitable for glass furnace, cement kilns, coking plants, thermal power plants, waste incinerators and other industries. It can effectively help enterprise reduce the emission of the air pollutants, meet the environmental protection requirement of governments, and even achieve extreme lower emission than the governments requirements. Using our ceramic fiber filter, there is no need to install cyclone dust precipitators, electrostatic precipitation (ESP) and other equipment. There is no sewage generated and the heat energy in the gas could be reused directly, which could greatly reduce the overall area of the system, the initial redundant equipment investment and subsequent operation and maintenance costs.

We pay great attention to the performance and stability of our products. We cooperate with many famous scientific research institutes and engineering companies in technology and market. As a result, our product quality is at international leading level, and its service life is more than 5 years, covered by a 5-year written warranty.

Why Choose Anchor Technology

  • Verified performance: dust removal efficiency above 99.9%, residual dust below 5 mg/Nm³, and continuous operation at 600°C with peaks up to 1000°C.
  • Integrated treatment: the catalytic line removes SOx, NOx and HCl at up to 95–97% and destroys dioxins at up to 99.5% (TEQ) in a single step — eliminating separate desulfurization and denitrification equipment.
  • Long service life: more than 5 years (5-year written warranty), several times longer than conventional bag filters.
  • Lower total cost: no cyclone, ESP or sewage treatment required; flue-gas heat is recovered directly, cutting footprint, upfront equipment and operating costs.
  • Durable material: acid, alkali and thermal-shock resistant, built on high-temperature alumina-silica ceramic fiber.

Focused on High-Temperature Filtration Since 2019

When process gas runs hotter than any fabric filter can survive, the high temperature filter of choice is a rigid ceramic fiber filter tube. Anchor Technology has specialized in high temperature filters since 2019 — ceramic fiber filter tubes and candle elements that serve as the ceramic hot gas filter stage in flue gas dedusting, with catalytic DeNOx and dioxin destruction options. Our engineering team includes alumni from South China University of Technology’s Materials Science Department and former technical staff from Guangdong Environmental Protection Research Institute. Across 40+ industrial projects — from compact engine test rigs to a 120,000 Nm³/h float glass furnace line — we have learned what works (and what fails) in real-world high-temperature, high-dust, corrosive environments.

The elements we supply are produced on dedicated vacuum-forming lines, and we verify every batch against specification before it ships: raw material purity, fiber diameter, binder formulation, sintering profile and final machining tolerances. That process control means fiber composition, porosity and mechanical properties can be matched to your gas composition and operating conditions — not a one-size-fits-all product from a catalog.

Technical Specifications

The numbers below are the working specification of every element we ship:

  • Filtration efficiency: >99.9%, outlet dust below 5 mg/Nm³
  • Structure: porosity above 80%, density 350–400 kg/m³, rigid self-supporting tube
  • Pressure drop: 300 Pa initial at 1 m/min face velocity (clean); 900–1,500 Pa complete system
  • Temperature: 600°C continuous, 1000°C peak in dedusting duty
  • Material: alumina-silica ceramic fiber (Al₂O₃ + SiO₂ > 90%), acid-alkali and thermal-shock resistant
  • Service life: more than 5 years, covered by a 5-year written warranty
  • Catalytic option: DeNOx in a 170–300°C window; dioxin destruction up to 99.5% (TEQ)

Where it does not fit: sustained HF above 5 ppm or phosphoric acid mist attacks the fiber, and below 150°C fabric bags are usually the more economical answer. Send us your gas analysis and we will tell you honestly which side of the line your application sits on.

Full Size Range & Custom Specifications

Standard elements: φ150 × φ110 × 3,000 mm with a 20 mm wall — also φ60–Φ150 mm outside diameters and 1,000–3,000 mm lengths. Custom diameters, lengths and flange dimensions are produced to order, including tubesheet-matching for retrofit projects: send drawings or measurements and we confirm fit before production. Every inquiry is answered by engineers who work with these specifications daily — pressure-drop calculations, pulse-jet sizing, installation drawings and commissioning guidance are part of the package, not an upsell.

Our customer list includes CNBM (China National Building Material), Conch Cement, Everbright International (waste-to-energy), and industrial boiler manufacturers across Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe, and South America. We export to 7 countries and handle all documentation for smooth customs clearance. Frequently Asked Questions About Ceramic Fiber Filtration

Ceramic fiber filters are rigid, self-supporting tubes made from alumino-silicate fibers, while baghouse filters use flexible woven fabric bags. The key advantages of ceramic: (1) temperature resistance — ceramic operates continuously at 600°C with peaks to 1000°C, versus 250°C maximum for most fabrics; (2) filtration precision — our filters achieve >99.9% removal at 1 μm, versus ~99% at 5 μm for fabric; (3) service life — 10+ years for ceramic versus 2–4 years for fabric bags in high-temperature service; (4) chemical resistance — ceramic withstands most acid gases that degrade fabric; (5) spark resistance — ceramic won’t burn through from hot ash particles. The trade-offs are higher initial cost (2–3× fabric) and slightly higher pressure drop, but total cost of ownership over 10 years is typically lower for ceramic in high-temperature applications above 400°C.
Yes, custom dimensions are our specialty. We regularly produce filters from Φ60–Φ200 mm outer diameter and up to 3,000 mm standard length, with wall thickness of 20 mm on the standard element. For retrofits, we can match your existing tube sheet hole pattern and flange dimensions exactly — send us drawings or measurements and we’ll confirm fit before production. Custom outside-diameter tolerance is ±2 mm, overall-length tolerance is ±20 mm, and we machine end surfaces to ±1 mm flatness for reliable sealing. Custom orders take 30–45 days including prototype dimensional verification. Minimum order quantity for custom sizes is 100 pieces; for standard sizes (Φ120×1000, Φ120×2000, Φ150×2000) we can supply as few as 50 pieces.
Standard sizes ship in 15–25 working days from order confirmation. Custom specifications take 30–45 days (including 7–10 days for prototype production and testing). We handle all export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, fumigation certificate for wooden crates) and can ship via your preferred freight forwarder or arrange door-to-door delivery through our logistics partners. For urgent orders over 200 pieces, we can expedite production to 20–25 days by running parallel batches. All shipments are insured against transit damage, and we provide tracking information within 24 hours of container loading.
Yes. Before you order, our engineering team will review your gas composition, flow rate, temperature profile, and existing equipment to confirm the filter specification and system design. We provide: (1) detailed pressure drop calculations for fan sizing; (2) pulse-jet cleaning system recommendations (valve sizing, air compressor capacity, control logic); (3) installation drawings showing tube sheet layout, sealing arrangement, and access requirements; (4) startup and commissioning procedures. For orders over 200 pieces, we offer on-site supervision during installation and initial commissioning at no additional charge (customer covers travel expenses). After installation, we provide 24/7 technical support via email and WhatsApp, and can arrange periodic performance audits to verify filtration efficiency and pressure drop stability.
