you to take our word for performance. Every product batch is tested for filtration efficiency in our in-house test rig using monodisperse NaCl aerosol (per ISO 11057), and we provide third-party verification reports from Guangzhou Environmental Monitoring Center for export orders. Our published specifications \u2014 1 \u03bcm absolute filtration, &gt;99.9% dust removal efficiency, 100 Pa initial pressure drop, 1100\u00b0C continuous operation \u2014 are all backed by documented test data, not theoretical calculations or extrapolations.<\/p>\n<p>We also publish our limitations honestly. Our filters are NOT suitable for gas streams with &gt;5 ppm hydrogen fluoride or concentrated phosphoric acid mist (these attack the silica in the ceramic fiber). They&#8217;re not the right choice for ambient-temperature applications below 150\u00b0C where fabric bags are more cost-effective. And they require proper pulse-jet cleaning system design \u2014 undersized compressors or incorrect valve timing will cause premature pressure drop increase.
